Catering Terms:
Delivery may be available depending on staff availability for an additional charge of $25.00.  Set-up of the
food is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.  After 4 hours the food must be
refrigerated if not consumed. Order must be placed at least one week in advance. The minimum catering
order amount is $100.00. Payment terms are 50% down at signing of contract and the remainder due upon
pick-up or delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and University of Arizona Department Checks.

Definitions:
Appetizers Include: Hummus, tzatziki, dolmathes, Kalamata olives, feta and pitas.
Greek Salad includes: Romaine, tomatoes, onions, feta, Kalamata olives and house dressing.
Green beans- Green beans sautéed in onions, cooked in tomato sauce with olive oil, parsley
and herbs, topped with feta.
Main Dishes:
Gyro Meat- a mixture of lamb and beef.
Chicken Souvlaki- marinated in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and Greek oregano.
Athenian Chicken- Quarter legs or thighs baked with lemon, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt
and pepper and potatoes.
Mousaka- Oven baked layered eggplant, ground beef and spices topped with béchamel sauce.
Pasticio- Oven baked layered pasta, ground beef and spices topped with béchamel sauce.

Utensils and plates- add $.75 per person
