| Tucson is a great place to visit with many historic and cultural venues and events throughout the year. If you are new to Tucson, be sure to visit the Desert Museum, our zoo located in Reid Park, and the San Xavier Mission. If the weather is too warm today, drive up to Mt. Lemmon for a picnic, and a day of cooler temperatures in the woods. Stop at the top in Summerhaven and grab up some homemade fudge or a slice of pie from one of the local restaurants located there. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and listen for the coyotes in the evenings. If you want a rustic adventure, stay at the Tanque Verde Ranch, a western style resort located at the end of Speedway. |
